This is Derek Dye, the Fear-Mongering Clown that teaches abstinence-only education to middle schoolers. He tells kids that having sex before marriage is kind of like becoming a drug addict, binge drinking, and juggling machetes over a friend (who is apparently unconscious from all the drugs and booze).
